Early Morning Access: If arriving at 6:30 AM, use the main lobby elevator to access the Peter Gilgan Centre or the main venue doors. Security will buzz you in.

Pre-Shipping

Important Notes:

  • Clearly indicate the number of boxes (e.g., 1 of 4, 2 of 4, etc.).
  • Receiving Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:45 PM
  • Delivery Window: Up to 72 hours before the conference
  • CPD recommends delivery on April 9 with instructions to deliver directly to the Green Room is on the 2nd floor by the Gallery
  • Advance Notice Required: Notify receiving in advance of any shipments (416) 813-1500.

Alternative Delivery Options

On- Day of Symposium: Exhibitors bring booth materials on the morning of the event.

Return Shipping

Exhibitors must:
Pack and label all materials.
Arrange pickup from the loading dock.
During receiving hours, loading dock staff can assist in moving items downstairs.
After-hours options: Items can be stored in the Green Room overnight; exhibitors must return the next business day for transport. Security can provide escorted access after-hours, but no staff will be available to process shipments.

Unclaimed Materials: Items not collected by Monday, April 14, 2025, will be discarded or recycled.

Exhibit Setup & Schedule

Location: 2nd Floor – Check-in at the University of Toronto Registration Desk for space assignment and badge pickup. Should you have shipped your material to the venue, you may pick these up in the symposium-allocated storage room (2nd-floor green room)

Setup: April 10, 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
Move-Out: April 11, by no later than 5:00 PM *(You may strike after the PM break at 3:00 PM)

Exhibit Hours

Exhibits will be open during:
Breakfast, Lunch, and AM & PM Breaks
Refer to the Toronto Breast and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Symposium agenda for exact times.

Exhibit Specifications

Each exhibitor space includes:
One 6-foot table
Two chairs
One electrical outlet

Important: We strongly recommend bringing a power bar with a built-in extension cord.

Exhibitor Registration & Badges

Badge Allocation: Refer to your level of commitment and sponsor prospectus.

To register exhibitor representatives, submit the following details by April 1, 2025:

  • Company Name (as it should appear on badges)
